"Selena was a big help! I was able to quickly obtain insurance on a vehicle that I had transferred into my name an hour ago. I was in the BMV and waiting for my number to be called when I realized I needed insurance in order to get tags. I called State Farm and Selena was able to gather the information needed, take payment, and text me ID cards without me having to step out of line. By the time my number at the BMV was called, I had everything I needed. My mom passed away so transferring her car was another piece of the closure puzzle. Thank you Selena for a fantastic customer service experience."

"I recently worked with Selena for auto insurance and had a great experience. My situation was a little tricky — I live in Michigan but the primary drivers of the vehicles are in Cleveland — and she navigated it without skipping a beat. She took the time to understand exactly how the policy needed to be structured, asked the right questions, and got me a policy that fit my situation. No pushy upselling, no confusion, just a clear path to the right coverage.
