"Awful customer service! DO NOT USE! Still waiting on a call back from Ryan 🤷🏻♂️ Office secretary is no help & sounds inconvenienced by your call while at home with children in the background & laughs that you’re having issues. They fight your claim until you get nothing after paying into it for YEARS! DO NOT USE!"

"Hi Allen, I am sorry you did not have a good experience. That said, I do need to stick up for my team, and I strongly disagree with your accounting of the facts. Not only did we attempt to call you back MULTIPLE times last week, when you did connect the week prior, you refused to allow them to help you twice and demanded to only speak with me. You were also verbally aggressive on the phone towards my staff. Furthermore, while we were attempting to correct the issue, you requested to switch to another State Farm Agency mid-claim which took away my access to your account and further limited my ability to help you. There are multiple things out of our control as agents including body shop timelines, body shop estimates, and coverage provisions within your policy. Our office has 124 reviews, all of which are 5 stars. We take pride in servicing our customers. "
